We work to provide reliable pickups and accurate impact tracking, but service availability can vary by neighborhood and conditions. Prepare materials as described in your account to keep collection running smoothly.

Rewards and payouts

Points, rewards, and fundraiser payouts are issued according to current program rules, which may change over time. Balances have no cash value except as expressly described in the program.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the platform, interfere with service, or attempt to access data you're not authorized to. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We'll note material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
